Urgent need Info liquid diet MMA

Please help I am having MMA out of state in 2 weeks. I can only get little information out of surgeons office. They tell me to research it. However, I am so dysfunctional and have been trying I do not know what to do. I know a blender is required and plan to by one when I fly there, but know little else.

Like what foods, etc.
