I have not been through this yet, but have been researching since my MMA is coming up at the end of May. There is good info at www.zip-n-squeeze.com--products you can buy but also a helpful booklet on just what you're looking for--how to stay healthy on a liquid diet, recipes, techniques, etc. Others have mentioned finding this helpful.
Also, most, if not all of the MMA blogs have entries about what people have eaten, what works, what doesn't westernjoe & cupertinojoe have links to their food/recipes/shopping list on the home page, but all are helpful since everyone's experience is a little different.
