Don't worry too much. It is very simple. They have products for that. Just walk into any grocery store and you will see these products. They come in a can. They are called "Ensure" and "Boost" etc. They are made by dieticians for people who are on a liquit diet. They ahve everything in them. Then, you also need a feeding syringe. You suck the Ensure into the syringe and then put the syringe into the side of your mouth and drink the liquid. That ia all there is to it.

If you want to get a blender, you can do it. My experience was that the fiberous stuff that you put in a blender was hard to prepare and eat. I tried to make mashed potatoes etc., but they got clogged in my syringe. I ended up just drinking Ensure and Boost, and that was just fine. You might be better at it than me. Best of luck.
