Cured OSA; still tired?

My MMA minimized to my AHI to a "normal" 2/hour, but I'm still lathargic and tired in the morning. I am still experienced "moderate" PLMD during the night.

Do we, as former apniacs, ever experience fully-rested sleep, or is this totally subjective? My sleep is definitely improved from before the surgery, but I have now forgotten how bad my pre-surgery fatigue was.

Also going to throw this out there: Anyone with scoliosis have apnea? I have a mild thoracic curve, and would be interested to know how this might possible affect sleep quality, and the pain-fatigue connection throughout the day.
