Persistent drainage, Fatigue/ MMA

I was wondering if any one else has experienced persistent post-nasal drainage following surgery. It is frequently green. I had done better initially with 3 weeks of antibiotics but the drainage has continued. I was scoped by an ENT last week who didnt see much. But the thick stuff is coming from somewhere. I am hoping that this can explain not feeling so well.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
