Like most of you, I'm obsessed with consuming enough of the right calories. And drinking everything from a straw makes it pretty easy to measure exactly what goes in.
One of the things that I observed in the first few days was that I only would take 2 Oz (1 syringe full) of liquid at a time. I never felt full. About 20 minutes later, I would return and "graze" some more. I then switched to trying to consume a "meal" (or 8 oz) in a seating. This has definitely helped me feel fuller.
Has anyone come up with other ways to fill up or at least feel full?
