I understand your point of view. Nevertheless, there is no way out other than CPAP or MMA. From what I have read in the literature, and from what I have seen on this site, those are the two options which could successfully treat sleep apnea. To be frank, there is no easy way out. If you want to call the tune, you have to pay the piper.
