I exclude UPPP that sounds for me too "ugly" with no warranty for good results. The same for Z palatoplasty. I do not know about a light turbinectomy, but a heavy one might lead to an empty nose syndrome.

On the web, it is always stated that such soft tissue surgery does not work on long term.

I might be wrong and badly informed. But as I see
it, the only hope is MMA.
