1) Do you feel rested in the mornings?
My sleep is too chaotic to conclude about its efficiency.

2) On your sleep test, were the hypopneas associated with arousals (i.e. a change in sleep stage)?
No, they just wake me up: many micro wakenings.

3) Did they put you on CPAP during the sleep test, and were your measurements better on CPAP?
I had five tests. The second test, I had a CPAP. The third test was a few weeks after, without CPAP. The results were roughly the same.

4) Are you using CPAP regularly and are you able to tolerate it?
No. I did not tolerate it: Psychologically + my nose bleeded (even with moisturing).

5) Does the CPAP eliminate the snoring?
Oh yes! With CPAP, no snoring.

I have retrognathy which might help the return of OSA in the future, I suppose.
