I should add that ever since my bands were cut on Wed, even tho my mouth only opens a teeny weeny bit, I can finally speak somewhat legibly!! AND I was able to suck Ensure thru a straw this morning by placing it in front of my front teeth (the sucking action takes some work but it's a nice alternative to the syringe in the side of the mouth).
