I am worried that getting another MMA will only help me alittle. Reason being, I dont often have an apnea headache. The other day, I drank some strong liquer and could tell i went into a deeper sleep because i dreamed. Even tho the sleep lasted only alittle. I woke with an apnea h/a. ( it wasnt the booze, as those h/a are longer lasting, and i drink alot). H/a went away fairly fast, as do all of my apnea h/a. So Im wondering why i dont have apnea h/a every day. My sleep effieciency was said to be real bad, and i never get past stage 2 sleep. So im worried that if my airway/voice is ever really fixed, I may still just have some other problem that keeps me from reaching deep sleep. Also, get this, taking zanax has been a life saver for me, as it helps my sleep maybe 20%. I am more likely to wake with a h/a when taking it, but its worth it because i fell like i got some sleep. Im worried that there is some propensity for my brain to avoid getting into deep sleep mode. Ive always been a light sleeper. Also, all the time, i have an inabilty to get satiating deep breaths and yawns. It is not a respiratory probem, as blood oxygen levels are fine...but very elusive, almost deep brain based anomaly. I can remember when young how groggy i could get and how good a yawn and stretch was, now that almost never happens despite being super tired. Like tired and wired. I cant imagine the pain/$ of mma #2, and still having this syndrome. Thanks
