The pain feels likes it more in the bone than the gums, but it's hard to tell.

The screws are further back and the pain is not near where he operated. It's hurts below the third tooth from the front on the right.

In your case was the pain anywhere near the screws or mandible plates? (I don't actually have mandible plates).
