Update: It has been 8 weeks since MMA. The numbness over and around my nose and upper lip is mostly gone... has been so for about a month now. I still have numbness in the right side of my lower lip and my entire chin and areas inside my mouth including the left side of my tongue. The swelling went down a lot by week four and a little more weeks five and six but has remained about the same since... or maybe it is such a small change that I am unable to tell the difference now from week to week!
