During the four months of my recovery from MMA, I had many periods when I did not have much energy. I had Provigil left over from before the surgeryl and used it on my bad days. Prior to the surgery, the Provigil did not help much. But following surgery, it helped significantly. So at the very least, I knew that the surgery had done something. For those who have not had quite the results they were hoping for, that may be something that could make a difference. The company that sells provigil will start marketing the new version of it called, Nuvigil. It is extremely expensive and there is no generic version here yet. They do have a generic version in Europe called Modalert. It may be something to ask your doctor about.
