sorry it has takend me so long to resond lost my password again. the adderall is not ext. rel. i started with that and asked to use the reg. (non ext)i take 2 20 mg a day (when i take it). am going to ask for something else, maybe the samples of the provigil that is a good idea. and yes the rebound fatigue is horrid. thanks for the sugg. don't know if i have already ans. this quest. for you but my surgery is on hold until the ortho (he was recommeded by dr. lw) says my teeth are ready. my ins. will only pay 8,000.00 to dr. lw and i have to pay 35,000.00 unless i have the surgery in april or sept. (i think) i get a disc. and pay something like 29,000.00 i am having more procedures than you that is why mine is more. with all of the reasearch i have done i am extremely grateful that dr. lw is here in dallas. i have severe sleep apnea (76 an hr. on my side) (94 an hr on my back) my airway is 1.5 mll. (if i remember right) how are you doing? is there still some fatigue? are you able go to the gym as much as you like? gotta go and thanks for everything. silvergirl
