No. This surgeon article (and he said he does this surgery
with local) The pictures look the same as the other article with
the cut in the tongue basically. His article says under general
ansesthesia exposure and visualation may be worst and the
surgeon is unable to monitor tongue mobility.

I think he said (or I read) the tongue base pulls back more
under general.

He said he is reducing the tongue base.

I look and saw no suits against this surgeon and a ENT doc
said go to him If MMA does not work. So did oral and oral
surgeon who said he is good. Also a sleep doc said go to
him.

I am considering the surgery.

This surgeon told me no on R F
