At two months you are likely to still feel a lot of fatigue. It has been said for years - MMA recovery is a marathon, NOT a sprint. It can easily be six months before you feel like yourself again.

That said, you should be seeing SOME signs of improvement by now (even though your body is continuing to do a lot of healing).

Possibly you have a secondary issue such as increased nasal obstruction that is causing more apnea?

I would talk with your surgeon and/or sleep doctor and get some opinions. It's WAY too early to judge the efficacy of the procedure yet, but you need to find out if there is anything you can do in the meanwhile.
