I've also had the MMA a few years ago which helped me a great deal for several months. But that was it. (I underwent a sleep endoscopy last year and it showed I still had obtructions at the base of the tongue). fwiw, I already had tongue somnoplasty and the GA before I had the MMA. Not sure what's left to do.

I'm wondeering what your thoughts are on tongue reduction/coblation surgeries such as Submucosal Minimally Invasive Lingual Excision or SMILE. I guess there's also the midline glossectomy using the coblation wand (for less post-surgical complications), but I hear midline glossectomy doesn't provide great results.

Or other things such as Repose tongue suture suspension? It seems I've had the major surgeries like MMA, GA, and a minor one like tongue somnoplasty for tongue obstructions, but I still have tongue obstrucrtions that they saw during the sleep endoscopy.
