You (and Pedals) are the two people I have been following with keen interest, because you guys have tried pretty much everything (I think). I have read your blog and been waiting to hear from you.

I am so sorry to hear your disappointing results, not to mention the fact that this scares the crap out of me as well. This is so disappoiting because most everyone in the forum has reported good results with MMA.

Can you elaborate on how much your chin and airway has advanced? Also, any theories on why the RDI has not improved?
