As Dr L mentioned, MMA is not 100% success guaranteed but it is high enough IMO to do it. Even now, I would redo it, as if it is not perfect, it is some days/nights better than before (some other it is as bad as before...). That said, I was hoping for better of course.

As I am traveling right now, Doctors cannot take a look but they will. I am pretty sure they will propose some tuning options over the MMA which should improve the situation. I will keep you posted.

BTW, in my case, the upper jaws was advanced 9 mm and the lower jaw 12-14 mm. You can find the x-Ray before and after here: http://biam2009.wordpress.com/the-surgery/
