Hi Roger,

I had some of UP3: Pharyngoplasty, I breath well throw the nose and the nasal spectrum correction was for improving the nose air flow. I am using a full face mask with fit really well and I used it for more than a year before the MMA.

I will definitely speak with the surgeon and doctors about the controversial part, to get their opinions. I think I will try some more option before a trache but if it become too bad, I will think about it. As you can see in my post, my morale depend a lot on my sleep quality...
