Doc, another yardstick of measure in addition to RDI is the oxygen saturation level. Could we not compare the oxygen saturation level before and after surgery on the same person to measure improvement?

For example after my UPPP/GA, my RDI got slightly worser, but my Oxygen saturation got slightly better. What do you think of this benchmark?
