Exactly 48 hours after MMA, I drove 30 minutes (15 minutes each way). The first few days (I am on the 6th), I just feel like the same way as if I had flu: tired, dizzy but no temperature and harder to speak. So, imagine what kind of help you need when you have flu and you got your answer.
