I read this last night. I wish they were more specific about the exercises.

This will probably be poo-poo'd by many due to it's simplicity, but it makes a lot of sense, and who can argue with the numbers? There's no equipment to sell, no procedure to do, etc, so we shouldn't expect Drs to just jump on this with a lot of enthusiasm. And, there needs to be another study with a bigger sample to improve confidence.

The real question of course is, would people really do these exercises forever? Most probably will not, some might. Results are not 100%, but surgery and cpap results are not 100% either.

I'll email them and see if they will reveal the exercise details.
