This is silvergirl and I apologize for not talking sooner. these are my reasons, constantly losing my password, to tired, i forget. I am serious. Bruinmd how are you healing? Do you think you are healing well? Have you noticed definate progress with sleep, energy and less mental fog and memory loss? Do you feel rested some of the time when you wake? You mentioned taking the apnea med. provigil after your mma so i guess it takes awhile for the fatigue, mental confusion etc.. to go away? But Please tell me about the progress even if it is small baby steps of progress. My phcytriast is managing my antidepressant (80 mll of Prozac a day) I tried adderrall it was to strong, then focalyn to weak, ritlin seemes to be workingwith alot less side affects. I will not take this stuff everyday. Just two or three times a week. The Dr. said that is ok. Boyfriend left me, demoted at work this has been pretty painful. Terrified of losing my job. Good news i just learned is that Dr. LW has the surgery scheduled for October. He will make two cuts in the mandibular and one cut in the maxillary. left tmj disc needs to be repositioned and secured and Dr. LW.'s modified version of the up3 will be done too. There is a technique that he created that provides even more airway space and he is doing that also. Gremlin do you have your braces on? Where you able to get someone to fast track you process? If not let me know I might be able to help. Have you contacted any of the local clubs/groups like the Junior League, the knights of columbus, a church any group that raises money for charitable orgs. or reason would either be able to help or tell you who can. I am trying to get a non interest loan from the government for mine. I may not post much but when i do i feel so much better. Thanks to everybody for being here. Silvergirl
