How can the upper jaw be moved since it is attached to the skull?
- They cut the bones in the upper jaw (cheek area).
- All incisions are made inside the mouth (above and below the gum lines). Your face will not have any sign of scarring.
- I advise you not to think about grotesque details of this. Think of it as a tunnel: You go to sleep, you wake up on the other side, and it is done.
