I am from RI and I traveled to California to have the MMA surgery by Dr KL. I fought with my insurance company and was able to have the surgery covered. My wife and I did a ton of research and found that the doctors in Palo Alto are the ones you what to do your surgery. I was very pleased and my surgery was a great success. My original index was over 44 per hour, after my surgery my index went to 12 per hour and only when I was sleeping on my back. Good luck with your decision.
