I just saw my surgeon.

Concerning my chin, he says that most people have tingling but burning is very unusual. I just have to wait. Touching the chin, and massaging it, might help.

For the post-nasal drainage: he says I have to clean my nose with serum phy. Part of the problem might be from the surgery as I am only three weeks after. He suspects another source, but he does not see it. He gave me some pills against allergy.

I do not think that I had a GA "Genioglossus Advancement". My chin was cut shorter to make the lips close when I sleep, and advanced a little pulling a very little forward the genioglossus. It is different from what I understand as GA, where a rectangular part of the chin is cut, pulled and turned slightly.

So, for the time being, I am told to be patient.
