I would think the hyponea are playing your sleep
architecture. Do you have a sleep study that
shows you're spending appropriate amounts of time
in the various stages of sleep? Or that shows a
correlation between the hyponeas and arousals?Its not quite clear to me how the mouth breathing
would negatively affect the quality of your sleep
(I'm not saying it doesn't though).I nose breath even when I'm stuffed up. I wear a
full-face mask, but rarely mouth breath. I
suspect I'd be better off if I did mouth-breath.
