You are only 4 days post op. so do not sweat it yet. I did not want to leave the hospital because I was in so much pain on day 3 and 4 but within a few days I felt much better. Keep yourself hydrated and stay as active as you can. I had my surgery in September of 2008 and my wife keep a blog of our journey.
