In 2003, I had a modified UPPP that made my apnea
worse! In 2005 I had an MMA/GA at Stanford by
Doctor P. No regrets. Here's a couple of things
you can do right now. Force yourself to sleep on
your side by finding a snug fitting T-shirt with a
pocket. Move the pocket to the middle of the back
(between the shoulder blades) and put a tennis
ball in it.To help me sleep, I've been taking Lorazepam
(0.5mg) an hour before bed. It has a shorter half-
life compared to ambien. It's made a big
difference.
