I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea few years ago and I had a MMA after trying different things... My wife is a teacher in middle school and she is very sleep apnea aware now and in the last 2 years she met parents and also kids at middle school level who are suffering from sleep apnea (she even diagnosed some of them). Several of them are using CPAP and when they are becoming older (sibling of kids she has/had) they usually go for MMA and it usually helps them and they see significant improvements in their studies, ie they are more at the top while before they were up and down. You are not unique to suffer from that at this age. Most of us who have been thru the MMA, had sleep apnea for a long time and get use to it up to a point where it became worse. I feel MMA is the best you can do.

good luck, you are in good hand with Dr KL
