Was your fight with your insurance before or after your MMA surgery? Would you mind giving some specifics on what you did to get the approval? I am traveling from Arizona to Calif. for the surgery, hopefully in January 2010. My insurance GEHA will likely consider it out of network. I want to try and get more coverage from GEHA than just 75% of the customary charge. SleeplessinPhoenix.
