Cleaning out the nose post op

Hello!

It has been YEARS since I have posted. I had my MMA in 2004, and great stuff. Felt SO much better. I found that the screws and plates in my upper lip irritated me when I smiled. So last week, I had them taken out, last Tuesday...so it has been a little ober four days.

They had to go through the nose to do it, so my nose is all stuffed up. I was told I could blow out one nostril at a time...but my nose is so swollen, I can't actually close a nostril

Is a neti Pot allright to clean out all the junk in there? I use it all the time during allergy season.
