I am scheduled to have UPPP with tongue/hyoid suspension (Respose system) in four days. Anyone out there that has had this or a similar surgery, PLEASE contact me with your stories, successes, etc., as I am really getting nervous. I have tried every conservative therapy out there to no avail and now have cardiac problems, HTN, etc., due to sleep apnea. This is the last resort for me. Any info would be appreciated!!
