18 Month Post MMA ???

Hi everyone. I noticed that a date has been set for the 2010 SSSS get together. I hope to make it there. I am writing to find out if anyone has had some of the following issues 18 months post MMA. I have started to experience some apnea symptoms. I am not sleeeping as well and wake up a lot. My wife has also noticed that I twitch a lot while sleeping. I am also getting tired during the day and getting forgetful. My last sleep study was three months after the surgery and my index was reduced greatly. It went from a 48 before surgery to 12 post surgery and that was only when I was sleeping on my back. I had no apnea episodes when sleeping on my side. Has anyone experience any of this a year and half after surgery? I am fearful that I am regressing. Does anyone have an advice?
