One change for us US citizens that I haven't seen talked about much is that the limits for Flexible Spending Accounts will be lowered to $2500 in 2013. (Currently some employers allow you to set aside $5000). So, keep that in mind if you have a large FSA and you were planning to fund sleep apnea surgery with it.
