Just to clarify, the new US healthcare bill is not a single payer system, it simply mandates people buy health insurance. Luckily for the politicians, this will go into effect AFTER the next election. I think a lot of people are gonna be surprised when they realize this and that the IRS will be enforcing it.

Yep, Congress is exempted.

And this "Reform" bill doesn't even have Tort reform like we recently passed in Texas. Doctors are now flooding in.
