Thanks for the reply.

I have seen 3 ENT Specialists, 2 sleep specialists and numerous general practitioners. All provided (in my opinion) unhelpful or plain idiotic suggestions. More recently however I've been hearing "Sorry there's nothing we can do".

I always follow up with 'can you suggest anyone else who can' but they can't even answer that question.
