You will find very few people with sleep apnea that got it fixed easily. Most went through years of agony before even finding out what the problem was, and most went through several doctors who missed it or lead them in the wrong direction. I went to 3 or 4 doctors and told them what I had and they all still said "You do NOT have sleep apnea".

The good news is that there probably is a solution to your problem whatever it is, but it will take some more fighting. I'm guessing you're a fighter if you're here on this forum. Most of us here are and most of us have been through the ringer.

I'm a strong believer that some people just do not respond to a collapsed airway like the typical person. Their brain has a low threshold of arousal and they simply don't end up meeting the definition of apnea. This is my PERSONAL opinion, I am not a doctor.

I don't know if you have apnea or not. Have you gone down other roads such as blood-sugar and thyroid? Don't just take NO for an answer, sometimes you gotta go through several docs and tests and you might even be borderline. Remember the testing standards are just guidelines. All of our bodies are different.

That's my 2 cents to get started with.
