IMO , youlle get better diagnostic brain power from guys like WesternJoe than from some Docs, so your in the right place. What ive learned is that you dont fool around with any but the best dr's. Too late in my case, and possibley too late for me. Of late,I too have almost gone into full bad sleep days, where I wake after 2-4 hours. Sleep gets worse everytime this time of year when heat and bright sun is relentless. It will be another sleepless summer. I too have had the nail lifting and some white spots on nails. After working on a car, i frequently have the middle of nail become sore without any puncture causing it. Have you tried any sleep aids, age? Zanex is the only thing that ever helps me , and drs are weird about it despite me taking less than given. Good luck.
