Sorry to hear about your trouble. I have had a situation very similar to yours. My case was as follows: Had LAUP (laser assisted UPPP) for snoring. Before LAUP no apnea present; after laup severe apnea. Scar tissue can result from UPPP operations, which can cause narrowing of the airway. This can exaserbate sleep apnea. That is what happened to me.

I think you will be able to improve somewhat if you get an MMA. MMA (Maxillomandibular advancement surgery) can widen the airway by mvoing your jawbone. This operation a "salvage operation" for botched UPPPs, and there are studies showing 80-90% improvement rates for people with botched UPPPs. You stand to improve.

When you do this, you have to get a Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon to do this. I have had this operation and have experienced some degree of improvement. I use a CPAP machine but am able to sleep decently now.

Please do not resort to suicide. I know that things can look pretty bleak. I had the same kind of thoughts when I was at my lowest point. I couldn't see things getting any better, but they did. It took about three years of waiting for the operation, but finally there was enough improvement to allow me to sleep well enoguh to enjoy life. I think you will find the same thing. Believe me, I know how it is. Listen, you must soldier on. Don't give up. You will get through this.
