I have allergies and exercise related mild asthma, particularly due to cold air. I notice that taking Flonase at night definitely helps (WesternJoe had mentioned a similar drug earlier as well). For some reason, I feel like it raises my heart rate a bit, though I have no proof for this. I do treat my asthma with Proventil before I go before go for a jog, should probably try Advair. Thanks for suggesting this.

Like you, I feel I have regressed a bit, this scares the crap out of me. However since you are only a few months from surgery, you are still undergoing a fair amount of change.

Do you have any quantification of results of improvement due to Advair? Please do post your results after your sleep study and what follow up surgeries you are considering.
