Yup, had the GA and the UPPP already. Not had the hyoid advancement yet. I am still psychologically scarred from trying the CPAP for many years unsuccessfully, I do think of it! For now I am getting by sleeping sideways or on my tummy.

I have not seen too many posts of what people think of on hyoid advancement. Very curious, though am not ready for any more surgeries in the near term!
