Most University studies like to have a high number
of participants. In this case 30,000. With a size
like this it would take too long and cost too much
to to screen for sleep disorders.I believe a good study would focus on normal
sleepers, determined by an all night recording,
who are not on a busy schedule with restricted
amount of time for sleep. My best guess is most normal sleepers need 6-9
hours of sleep per night. It depends on how you
are wired.Best wishes,
