MMA Lip numb & lower, more surgery?

So after the MMA (and several previous surgeries) my lower lip is numb. The worst part is it sits low, exposing my lower gums/teeth (picture and English Bulldog). I can pull it up with the muscles in my face but this causes a puckered look on my face, muscle fatigue and migraines.

Has anyone else had this successfully operated on? and by what type of Dr? I dont think a regular plastic surgeon would know what to do, although I'm sure they'd take my money and try. I need to get more height on my lip, so I can naturally close my mouth. The numbness I can live with.

Any ideas?
