How about starting with a phone call and/or sending a picture of your face and what's going on, I assume, when your face is relaxed. I don't find your concerns vain at all. It's important for our surgeons to learn of all the unique twists and turns post MMA. A question does come to mind. . . Could some of this be improved with facial muscle exercise?
