excess soft tissue, the success rate on non-MMA surgery is not
super high. MMA is a slow recovery though 90% successful for
people within certain parameters (not too old, not too
overweight). A friend had all soft tissue but not MMA work done.
It reduced CPAP pressure from 18 to 11 or so, which is a big
improv but still needs mask.
