Dreamette discusses hardware removal in her blog. If my memory serves me, she had one screw removed from her chin. In addition she discusses the possibility of having some more screws removed because of pain. I also remember one man who attended the 2nd Annual MMA Get Together/Reunion who had a number screws removed because of infection.
