Western Joe all you do is go to youtube and under search, type in transoral robotic surgery tongue base reduction and supraglottoplasty. The video is about 8 minutes long and looks very promising as it addresses opening the lower airway. I think once more surgeons are trained at this, it will be as common as the uppp and will benifit many.
